Shipping Policy

Processing time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping time We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. Standard shipping takes 8–12 business days from the date your order is processed.

Shipping rate A flat shipping rate of $6.99 applies to all orders, regardless of order size or destination.

Order tracking Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update after you receive this email.

Delays Occasionally shipping may take slightly longer due to customs processing, high order volume, or circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 15 business days please contact us at support@babybumpli.com and we will resolve it immediately.

Lost or damaged orders If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all please reach out to our support team. If you purchased package protection at checkout we will send a free replacement right away. If you did not we will still do our best to make it right.
